Service Description
Prerequisite for Virtual Training Clients. This consultation will allow us to dive into the challenges you are facing with your dog. We will discuss history, breed, and training methods. Consultations allow you to get a feel for me as your coach! Let's face it, you aren't going to work well with a coach you don't respect. This is why we require consultations prior to all of our training, so that you can make an informed decision about who you are working with! The Consultation will be held over zoom. The expectation is that you are in your home and your dog is present.
Cancellation Policy
Initial Consultations are non-refundable but may be rescheduled up to 12 hours in advance. Private Sessions: Once the program has begun, there is no refund. Clients can reschedule a session up to 12 hours in advanced with no penalty. Less than 12 hours notice will count as a missed session. We understand that people get sick. We will make exceptions for illness, but if we see a trend, we will be counting sessions as missed. For State of Mind Day Training Program: If illness arises, we can work together to make up another day. Once you have started the State of Mind Program, you cannot cancel or reschedule.
